Choose a username and password, tick the confirmation boxes, and your account is created in about three minutes. There is no registration fee and no minimum requirement before you explore the platform — though you'll need to deposit before placing bets.

No. Pak Rumi enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another person's identity — will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact support@pakrumi.com rather than registering a new one.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and proof of your payment method — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered number. Documents are not required at the point of registration, but are required before your first withdrawal is processed. Submitting them proactively through your account settings speeds up withdrawal approvals considerably.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Pak Rumi. This is an unconditional requirement. Age is verified through your CNIC during KYC. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances held will be frozen pending review.

Minor details like your notification preferences can be updated from Account Settings after logging in. Changes to your registered name, email address, or mobile number require contacting our support team at support@pakrumi.com. These changes require identity verification to prevent unauthorised account takeover — so have your CNIC handy when you reach out.

Email support@pakrumi.com from your registered email address requesting permanent account closure. Our team will process the closure, return any remaining balance to your registered payment method, and confirm when it's done. Deposits & Payments 6

Pak Rumi accepts the most popular Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no currency conversion charges.

The minimum deposit at Pak Rumi is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For bank transfers (IBFT), the minimum may vary slightly depending on your bank's own transfer limits. Visa/Mastercard minimums are also set at Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by Pak Rumi, though your chosen payment provider may have its own daily limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your Pak Rumi balance instantly — usually within seconds of the payment being confirmed in your wallet. If a deposit shows as completed in your wallet app but hasn't appeared in your Pak Rumi balance after 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it immediately.

Pak Rumi does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you transfer appears in your betting balance. Note that your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges, particularly for IBFT transfers. Check with your provider beforehand if you're unsure.

First, check whether the money has actually left your wallet or bank account. If your wallet app shows the transaction as successful but your Pak Rumi balance hasn't updated, contact support@pakrumi.com with: your Pak Rumi username, the transaction reference from your wallet, the exact amount, and the time of transfer. Do not attempt the same deposit again before hearing from us, as this can result in a double charge.

Yes — and we actively encourage it. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of your Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately when you reduce them. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period, which is an intentional safeguard. Withdrawals 5

Log in to your account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount you'd like to withdraw, and confirm. KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed. After that, subsequent withdrawals typically require no additional documentation.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of being approved. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers take 1–3 working hours during business banking hours, and up to one business day for transfers initiated after 5 PM or on weekends. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer. All timeframes assume KYC is already complete.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Pak Rumi is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no arbitrary maximum on regular withdrawals, though very large amounts may require additional verification for compliance purposes. If you're planning a large withdrawal, completing KYC verification fully in advance will significantly speed up the process.

Check your account's KYC status first — incomplete verification is the most common reason for withdrawal delays. If your KYC is complete and the withdrawal has been pending longer than 24 hours, contact support@pakrumi.com with your withdrawal reference number and we'll investigate. Please do not cancel and re-submit the same withdrawal request without speaking to support first.

Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to withdrawable cash by completing the wagering requirements attached to the bonus. Once those requirements are fully met, the resulting cash balance is free to withdraw with no additional restrictions. Bonuses & Promotions 5

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at Pak Rumi receive a 50% match bonus up to Rs 25,000. For example, depositing Rs 10,000 earns a Rs 5,000 bonus. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50. The bonus is credited automatically after a qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500 — no promo code needed.

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For Pak Rumi's welcome bonus, the requirement is 10x the bonus. So a Rs 3,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets at odds of 1.50 or higher. Bets that are voided or cashed out early do not count towards the requirement. Your progress is tracked in real time in the "Active Bonuses" section of your account.

Yes. When you refer a friend to Pak Rumi using your personal referral link — found in the Refer a Friend section of your account — and they register and make a qualifying first deposit, you receive a bonus credit. The exact amount depends on the current promotion terms. Your friend also benefits from their own welcome bonus. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer, though each referred friend must be a new, unique player.

Check that the promo code was entered correctly before making your deposit — codes are case-sensitive and most are only valid for new accounts. Also confirm that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount for the promotion. Yes. Live betting is one of Pak Rumi's strongest features. In-play markets on cricket update ball by ball — you can bet on the next over's runs, the next wicket method, or the match result at any point during play. Football in-play markets include next goal, total corners, and match result. Odds update in real time based on the state of play. A stable internet connection is recommended for live betting to avoid submitting bets on stale odds.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result, all bets on that match are voided and your stake is refunded to your Pak Rumi balance. For matches abandoned mid-game after the minimum threshold, results may be settled based on DLS method or competition rules. The specific settlement rule is stated on the bet slip and in the Pak Rumi Terms and Conditions.

Cash out is available on selected markets, including many cricket and football fixtures. When cash out is available for a live bet, you'll see the current cash out value displayed on your open bets screen. Accepting cash out settles the bet immediately at the offered amount — which may be higher or lower than your potential full winnings depending on how the game has progressed. Note that cashed-out bets do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.

The minimum stake per bet at Pak Rumi is Rs 50 for most sports markets. Some markets, particularly exotic or speculative ones, may carry a higher minimum. The maximum stake varies by market and event — particularly high-profile cricket matches may have higher maximums. The lowest stake level in Pak Rumi's cash games is Rs 10/Rs 20 blinds — making it genuinely accessible for players just getting started. Mid-stakes tables run at Rs 50/Rs 100 and Rs 100/Rs 200. You'll receive a password reset link by email or SMS within 2 minutes. Click the link, enter a new password, and you'll be logged in immediately. The reset link expires after 30 minutes — if it expires, simply request a new one.

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select the Security section. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" and follow the instructions — you'll need a free authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator work well). Scan the QR code displayed, enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup, and 2FA is active. After this, every login will require both your password and a fresh code from the app.

Log in, go to Account Settings, select "Responsible Gaming," and choose "Self-Exclusion." Select your exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent) and confirm. The value of self-exclusion as a tool comes from its unconditional nature. If your exclusion period has ended and you wish to reinstate your account, contact support@pakrumi.com and we'll arrange a re-registration assessment with a brief welfare check-in.
