Type your password carefully — it's case-sensitive. Use the eye icon to reveal it if you're unsure. If you've enabled two-factor authentication, you'll be prompted for a verification code from your authenticator app after the password step.

Tick "Keep Me Logged In" for Faster Access

On a personal, trusted device, ticking this box means you won't need to re-enter your password on every visit. Do not use this option on a shared, public, or work device. You can always remove saved sessions from your account security settings.

Security is something we've built into the Pak Rumi login system from the ground up — not added as a layer on top. Here's exactly what protects your account every time you log in.

Every connection between your browser or phone and the Pak Rumi servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. This means that even if someone intercepts your internet traffic — on a public Wi-Fi in Lahore, for example, or on a shared connection — they cannot read your login credentials or any data exchanged during your session.

Your password is never stored in plain text on our servers. It's run through a strong cryptographic hash function before being stored, meaning even Pak Rumi staff cannot see what your password actually is. If you contact support for a login issue, we will never ask for your password — if anyone claiming to be Pak Rumi asks for it, do not provide it.

Pak Rumi uses device recognition to flag logins from new or unusual devices. If you log in from a device we haven't seen before, you may be asked to verify via an email or SMS confirmation code. This prevents someone who has obtained your password from accessing your account from their own device without also having access to your email or mobile.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Pak Rumi users and we strongly recommend enabling it. With 2FA active, logging in requires both your password and a time-based code from an authenticator app — so even if your password is compromised, your account remains protected. You can enable 2FA from your account security settings after logging in.

There's no app to download — the Pak Rumi web platform works directly in your phone browser, whether that's Chrome, Samsung Internet, or Firefox. You can add Pak Rumi to your home screen from your browser menu to create an app-like shortcut that opens directly to the login page.

Our team can cross-reference these details to locate your account and help you regain access without creating a duplicate account.

After several consecutive failed login attempts, Pak Rumi temporarily locks the account as a security measure. You'll receive an email or SMS alert. Wait 30 minutes for the temporary lock to expire, then try again with the correct credentials. If you're still unable to log in, use the Forgot Password tab to reset your password, or contact support directly. Do not attempt to register a new account — this will only complicate the resolution.

Change your Pak Rumi password immediately using the Forgot Password option above. Then contact support@pakrumi.com to report the suspicious login — include the time and device details from the alert email. Our team will review the login and can lock all active sessions while you regain control. After changing your password, enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings to prevent future unauthorised access.

Ticking "Keep me logged in" allows your session to persist across browser sessions, so you don't need to re-enter your password every time you open the platform on that device. For security, Pak Rumi will still require re-authentication if it detects unusual activity, after 30 days of inactivity, or after a password change. Only use this feature on your own personal, password-protected device.

No app download is required. Pak Rumi runs fully in your mobile browser — Chrome and Samsung Internet on Android, Safari and Chrome on iPhone. Simply navigate to pakrumi.com in your browser and log in as you normally would. You can add the site to your home screen for a shortcut that behaves like an app. All platform features including the sportsbook, live casino, poker, and cashier are fully available through the browser.
