Pak Rumi Terms and Conditions — Knowing Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Pak Rumi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Pak Rumi website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, poker, virtual sports, esports betting, and promotional programmes.

By accessing the Pak Rumi platform in any capacity — whether you browse as a guest, register an account, deposit funds, or place a bet — you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you are acting on behalf of any other person or entity, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Pak Rumi's services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. We operate a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of Pak Rumi, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Pak Rumi platform under our Responsible Gaming programme and had that exclusion confirmed as permanent.

Pak Rumi takes its age verification obligations seriously. We may request documentary proof of age at any time — including at the point of account creation, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point we consider appropriate. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), B-Form for younger users in transitional verification scenarios, or a valid passport.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one Pak Rumi account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across them.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Pak Rumi account. This includes your legal full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Pak Rumi will never ask for your password through any channel — if anyone contacts you claiming to be Pak Rumi and requests your password, this is a fraudulent contact and you should report it immediately.

Any activity carried out through your Pak Rumi account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses activated — will be considered your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us before that activity occurs. We strongly recommend activating two-factor authentication through your account settings.

3.3 KYC Verification

Pak Rumi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard financial compliance requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time we consider appropriate, we may require you to submit verification documents including:

• A clear copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of your registered address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account confirming the registered mobile number matches your account)

KYC documents submitted to Pak Rumi are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Pak Rumi platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees.

4.1 Supported Deposit Methods

Pak Rumi currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — inter-bank funds transfer via any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual transaction limits may apply based on your payment method provider's own policies.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Standard processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: typically within 15 minutes of approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: typically within 2–6 hours during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer

Withdrawal requests submitted during or following KYC review may take longer while verification is completed. Pak Rumi does not charge withdrawal fees, although your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Declined Transactions

Pak Rumi is not responsible for transactions declined by your payment provider. If a deposit or withdrawal is declined, please contact your bank or mobile wallet provider first, then contact Pak Rumi support if the issue persists after the provider has confirmed no issue on their end.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Rumi offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All promotions are governed by specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page at pakrumi.com/promotions, as well as these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The Pak Rumi welcome bonus is available to new accounts making their first qualifying deposit. The standard offer is a 50% match bonus up to Rs 25,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount, at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder — bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• If you withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering, any outstanding bonus will be forfeited.
• Pak Rumi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where possible.
• Attempts to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple account registration, use of betting software designed to guarantee profit, or collusion — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

5.3 Freerolls and Free Bets

Freeroll tournament entries and free bets are subject to specific terms on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, winnings from free bets and freerolls are credited as real money with no separate wagering requirement, but may be subject to a minimum odds condition on the triggering bet.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on the Pak Rumi platform are final and binding once confirmed. The confirmation screen and your bet history in your account dashboard are the definitive records of your accepted bets. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming any wager. Pak Rumi does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious error in odds has been identified (see Section 6.3).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market, sport, event, and your account tier. Maximum payout per single bet event is Rs 2,000,000 (Rs 20 lakh) unless your account has been specifically approved for higher limits by our trading team.

6.3 Palpable Errors

Pak Rumi reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "manifest error" in the industry. An error is palpable if the published odds were clearly incorrect in context — for example, if a strong favourite is listed at 50/1 due to a data feed fault. In such cases, Pak Rumi will void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

6.4 Event Cancellation and Voids

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market has been settled, all bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for particular sports (such as cricket rain interruptions, football abandonment, or esports technical delays) are detailed in the sport-specific rules available on the relevant betting markets.

6.5 Live Betting

Live betting markets close and reopen frequently during the course of a match. Pak Rumi takes no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to a market being temporarily suspended. The delay between the real-world event and the platform display, while minimised through technical infrastructure, cannot be guaranteed as zero — players are responsible for the timing of their live bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Pak Rumi platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that involves manipulating the outcome of an event on which bets are placed.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your account — including professional tipster services that operate by direct account access.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Pak Rumi platform. Any such issues should be reported immediately to our support team.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with Pak Rumi staff or other platform users.
• Placing bets to deliberately fulfil bonus wagering requirements using hedging strategies that eliminate or near-eliminate risk (bonus abuse).

8. Responsible Gaming

Pak Rumi is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products. We provide every registered player with access to a suite of self-management tools through their account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits that cap how much you can deposit within a defined period.
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses within daily, weekly, or monthly timeframes.
• Session Time Limits — automated session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net position.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — voluntary account closure for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent.

Once a self-exclusion is in place, Pak Rumi will not reopen the account before the chosen exclusion period has elapsed, and will not contact the excluded player with marketing communications during that period. Requests to reinstate a permanently excluded account will not be processed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Pak Rumi platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Pak Rumi", the Pak Rumi logo, all website text, graphics, interface design, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pak Rumi or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Pak Rumi platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Pak Rumi content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Pak Rumi's platform or content.
• Use the Pak Rumi name or logo in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without our written approval.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the platform.

Any breach of these intellectual property rights will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Rumi's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Pak Rumi shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions in service due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The accuracy of third-party data sources including live score feeds, statistics providers, or payment processing networks.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Pak Rumi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through one or more of the following channels:

• An email notification to your registered Pak Rumi email address.
• A notice displayed prominently on the Pak Rumi platform at your next login.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Pak Rumi platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

We recommend that all registered Pak Rumi players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the platform. This is particularly important for players who regularly participate in promotional offers, as specific bonus terms may be updated at each promotional cycle.
